Gili Elkin obtained her degree in Law and Business Administration at The
Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s School of Law, and is currently in the MBA
program at Stanford University with an expected graduation date of June 2008.
Gili’s practical experience working at one of Israel’s preeminent law firms
afforded her the valuable opportunity to familiarize herself with the legal
environment of an emerging business venture. Moreover, Gili’s position as a
manager at Ernst & Young’s Tax Department only further enhanced her desire to
work in the venture capitalist industry. Gili’s long term career goal is to
establish a venture capital fund focused on new educational ventures.
In addition, Gili has had the unique opportunity of commanding approximately one
hundred soldiers during her military service for the Israeli government. Her
position as military commander to a group of soldiers from diverse backgrounds
has truly groomed her to be a leader in her field.
